Client Testimonials:
"Grey guided me through trance with the intention of helping me to quit cigarettes. I had been relying on cigarettes for 5 years and hadn't felt EMDR or talk therapy to be supportive in my effort to quit. From the start, Grey made me feel heard and held and created the most caring and comfortable environment for me to explore my relationship with cigarettes and ultimately transform it. They helped me honor the role that the stimulant played in my life/the ways it helped support me for so long while also helping my body recognize my desire to move on from that which did not serve me anymore. I couldn't have asked for a more gentle, caring, trauma-informed healer, and am so grateful for the role that Grey has played in my journey."

“My spirit session with Grey was one of the most healing and transformative experiences of my life. Seriously.
I felt so validated in my spiritual experiences. I can’t tell you how many people doubted or invalidated my experiences, but Grey very quickly and without any resistance saw what I was seeing and actually helped me. I’ve spent 10+ years looking for someone who could truly help me heal the ancestral trauma/curses that I felt holding onto me. All I wanted was someone to walk with me into this fear and help me face it and release it. Grey did that for me with care, respect, and divinity.
Grey has an excellent consent practice and is super approachable. I’ve seen my share of self-proclaimed gurus appropriating spiritual practice to make a buck. Grey is so far from this. They are cost-accessible, grounded, and real as they come.
Additionally, the way they spoke with me and the characters we encountered in our spirit session was so eloquent and brilliant. Some of the things they said will stick with me.
I left feeling fuller, more whole, and more powerful. I am more me than I’ve been in a long time and I have so much gratitude for Grey for facilitating an experience that was transformational in bringing me there.”

“I have done various kinds of therapy (including CBT, EMDR, and internal family systems) for childhood trauma over the years. While most were helpful on some level in developing skills for coping with the symptoms of PTSD and minimizing their disruption in my life, I had experienced only minimal improvement in the frequency and severity of those symptoms. I had been feeling spiritually and emotionally stuck for a while when Grey invited me to consider doing a spirit journeying session with them. I was initially hesitant, as someone whose spiritual and religious views diverge significantly from Grey's. But because Grey is someone for whom I have a great deal of trust and respect and who I knew would also respect the beliefs and values I would bring to the experience, I took the invitation seriously. After some months, we did a session over the phone. While I still cannot say what I believe actually happened in that session on a metaphysical level, I can say with certainty that it was one of the most emotionally and spiritually profound and psychologically healing experiences of my life. This experience sparked an interest in pursuing hypnotherapy, which I initiated with the therapist with whom I was already working (who is trained in the practice but with whom I had not previously worked in that particular modality), and I later took Grey's course Self-hypnosis: A Bridge between Selves. Self-Hypnosis has become an important aspect of my personal and spiritual practice and the cite of profound healing for the parts of myself wounded by trauma. It is the first kind of therapy that has left me feeling personally empowered in my own healing journey and which has resulted in the actual reduction of symptoms of trauma. My level of embodied anxiety when confronted with triggering material or when revisiting difficult memories is significantly reduced as are the nightmares associated with the trauma. I cannot recommend Grey or their sessions and course highly enough.

I’ve had many years of psychotherapy. I’ve gained a lot of skills over the years. After taking on the task of passing the California bar, I decided to try out another modality, hypnotherapy. The bar caused me a lot of anxiety. Anxiety that took a lot of focus and energy to work through until I found Grey. I was very skeptical and did not know what to expect, this being my first venture into hypnosis. I honestly thought I might not be able to be hypnotized but I was willing to try it out. After only a few minutes of speaking with Grey, I felt at ease and knew I was in well-versed hands. I felt listened to and understood. Their voice and presence is so calming. Once we began the session I went right into an altered state. My first session was about 2 hours long. It felt like 20 minutes. I’ve had 4 sessions in total and every time I came out feeling refreshed and remembered everything.
One of my goals was to not get super anxious during the breaks of the bar. People taking the test always talk about the exam during the breaks. This chatter caused me so much anxiety it interfered in my overall state of mind. After the sessions I was able to close my eyes during the break an go into a semi hypnotic state. While I won’t say I didn’t have any anxiety, it was GREATLY reduced. After the break I felt refreshed and ready to finish the exam. Not like the other times I sat for the test where I felt so drained from having to reorient my anxiety. I was able to remember Grey’s calm voice and positive thoughts throughout the exam. They seemed to just come to me. I left there feeling pretty good as opposed to my first go at the exam where felt beat up for days. My anxiety before, during, and after the exam was about a tenth of what it would have been without Grey’s help. I can’t say enough good things. I tell everyone about it. Try it out. You’ll be telling everyone about your experience too.
