Cancelation + Rescheduling Agreement

For audio-call sessions, I will attempt to call the number provided twice and wait fifteen minutes for a potential return call. For video-call sessions, I will wait fifteen minutes in the zoom room for the client to arrive, or contact me through other means. After these fifteen minutes, the session will be suspended. If I do not hear from you to reschedule before the session time or fifteen minutes into the scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show and no reschedule will be available. For folks who have had unique circumstances come up, I am open to discussing a potential reschedule beyond the parameters above. 

Refunds for sessions already paid for are not available, although rescheduling is available within the parameters noted above. In the event that a client has paid for multiple sessions in advance, and after the first session they find that we are not a good fit to work together, the sessions after the first session are subject to a refund. A session participated in, even one left early, is not available for a refund as my time has already been given to the client both in showing up to the session and in preparation in advance for the session.
